Travel Costs

Travel costs are added to any production that requires more than an hour of travel from Cincinnati (by car).

If driving, we’ll charge the IRS mileage rate (65c/mi currently).

If flying, we’ll charge the cost of the ticket(s).

If we need to stay the night, we charge for Room and Board, or require you to supply it for all of our crew (so if it’s a resort wedding, you can supply us your extra rooms).

We will always attempt to find skilled local BTL crew before using our network (and thus having to charge for their travel).
