Cancellations and Refunds

The following cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies apply to all products purchased via this website. Custom packages may be subject to different agreements. If you purchased a custom package, please consult the contract you have with us for information on cancellations and refunds.

Processing Fees

In the event of any cancellation or refund not involving the money-back guarantee, all relevant payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount (this generally amounts to about 3% of the sales price for most cards, 1-2% for bank transfers, and 6% for installment/pay-as-you-go plans). A receipt will be provided with any refund which will show the exact amount that the payment processor charged.

Out-of-Service Areas

We currently only serve the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. In the event that you purchase a video package on our site and wish to have it shot somewhere outside of our service range, and we are unable to resolve the issue in a manner satisfactory enough to proceed, we will issue a refund for the package.

Money-Back Guarantee

We take pride in our work, and from the minute you click buy, we commit to being fully at your service, to delivering the best product possible, and to always leaving you satisfied with our work. If anything goes wrong during the shoot, or if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the deliverables within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund (no card fees). Please note that this guarantee does not apply until you sign a production contract, and is always outlined in full within the contract.

In the event we issue a refund as a result of your requesting we honor this money-back guarantee, well, first of all, we’re very sorry it came to that. Secondly, the remainder of any contract we have with you still remains in effect. We retain the right to use the deliverables in our promotional materials (assuming that’s what we agreed to), and you retain the right to use them as well. Rescheduling

Once you have booked a shoot with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. In the event of a potential cancellation, we may allow you to reschedule at our discretion, but are under no obligation to. All refunds as a result of cancellation are subject to the following fee schedule.
