Payment

How It Works

Step 1: Forms

After you pay, you’ll be redirected to a form where you’ll fill out the basic information about your project. Be ready with a preferred time you’d like to shoot, a preferred location (within the Greater Cincy/NKY area) that you’d like to shoot at, and a general outline of anything you think is important. A confirmation email will be sent once the order info is complete.

Step 2: We Reach Out

We will contact you within 24 hours to set up the planning meeting. This meeting will usually be in the form of a video call.

Step 3: Preproduction Meeting

We will meet once to figure out all of the details of the shoot. Be prepared to set a time, date, and location, and answer questions about tone/style/vibe, provide contact info for anyone else you want to be involved in the video, hash out details and consider add-ons such as color grading, and sign a contract detailing the rest of the project.

Step 4: Production Agreement

During the meeting, we’ll draft up a contract outlining the rest of the project. Here’s a sample contract. This is the big jumping off point, but don’t worry: you can cancel before signing and still receive a full refund.

Step 5: Call Sheet

24 hours before the shoot, a call sheet will be sent to everyone involved with contact info, parking instructions, and a schedule. On smaller shoots this is often just a formality, on larger ones it is essential.

Step 6: Principal Photography

Plan on moving quickly, shooting efficiently, and having a ton of fun.

Step 7: Post Production and Delivery

You will know from our initial meeting (and it will be stated on the production agreement) how long post-production is likely to take. For smaller projects our turnaround is often less than a week, for mid-sized ones it’s generally not more than a month. Special requests and unforeseen circumstances may confound this.

For larger projects, you will be given a preliminary draft and the opportunity to provide feedback during the edit. Once the final cut is finished, you will be provided with a link to download it and all other relevant deliverables (raw footage), and we’ll look forward to sharing your content.
