Payment Schedule

• 50% retainer upon signing

Travel Costs

• Travel costs are added to any production that requires more than an hour of travel from Cincinnati (by car).

• If driving, we’ll charge the IRS mileage rate (65c/mi currently).

• If flying, we’ll charge the cost of the ticket(s).

• If we need to stay the night, we charge for Room and Board, or require you to supply it for all of our crew (so if it’s a resort wedding, you can supply us your extra rooms).

• We will always attempt to find skilled local BTL crew before using our network (and thus having to charge for their travel).
